COST’S and TERMS

There is a cost of $1.00 for each listing; this includes the use of 1 picture supplied by you, if you want to do so and a short description of up to 300 words. Or you can supply the Webmaster with up to one page with information and pictures on it and it will be linked to the page for the same amount.

Additional pictures other then those on the single page or supplied for an individual advertisement as described above will be shown at an additional cost of .50 per picture. The reason for this is to keep the space usage down so we can all use this service.

If you have a link to an existing website and would like to have it on this site then the cost will be only $5 per month. This is for business sites only, sites that sell or offer services to others. All sites will be inspected for content prior to placement and if not up to the standards of Masonry will no be allowed. In other words no porn or get rich quick schemes type of items. We want to maintain a service for our brothers only. Masonic organization links will be free of charge this includes the youth groups. You can see these sites already listed under Masonic Groups if yours isn’t listed please contact the Webmaster.

If you would like to have the Webmaster make a website for you the cost will be as follows:

• 1 page - $25

Each additional page is $25 up to 5 pages

• 5 pages - $100

Each additional page up to a maximum of 7 is $25

• The insertion of photos is an additional $5 per photo and is to be provided by you.
• Links to other sites are free for up to 5 per page, after that they are $1 each for a maximum of $20 per page.
• Content is to be supplied by you to the Webmaster at the start of the project. Layout of the content will be at the Webmasters will and pleasure until the site is completed and then you will be asked to view the site and make any and all changes you feel should be made. The changes will be made and another review will be held. There will be a maximum of 3 review times before any additional costs are incurred by you. After the maximum numbers of reviews have been made there will be a revision charge of $5 per change. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Webmaster.
• All costs associated with the hosting of your website will be your responsibility and starts at $9.95 a month for basic service. This is through a web hosting company and their rules and regulations will apply since your contract will be with them and not by or through the Lodge or Webmaster. This service will be arranged by you and the Webmaster can assist you if you need it.
• Only the Website is being made, not the internet connection or hosting of the site.
• Anything not mentioned is not covered. This is a service and as such is not meant to offer an ongoing commitment to managing or up keeping the website designed for you. The intent of this service is to offer the novice user a way to get a web presence without a large expense. If you would like a more defined site then what is offered the rates start at $150 per hour and will include any and all support necessary to make your web presence acceptable to you, exclusive of internet connectivity and hosting.
• All monies are to be paid prior to any work be started and is non refundable. This work is done by the Webmaster and as such Sunflower Lodge is not responsible for any issues between the Webmaster and you. Please note the cost offered is extremely low and as such is meant as an act to help at an affordable price. The website that you have built does not have to be used exclusively in connection with this site so it is an excellent way to start a small business or let people know about your services or just for fun.

Anything other then listed above will be done on a per case basis and all decisions are for the best interest of Masonry. All sites that are linked to this site are there at the sole discretion of Sunflower Lodge #86 and can be removed if in the opinion of the Lodge or the Webmaster they do not meet the desire of said Lodge or Webmaster for any reason. Sunflower Lodge #86 and the Webmaster shall not be held liable in any manner for any reason in regards to the site, the content or anything related to it in any way.

No guarantee or warrantee is offered by the lodge as to the ads or contents of the ads by anyone. As with all purchases the buyer should be ware. You are dealing with people and as such they are going to do what they want not what you expect.

We want this to be a place where you can find what you need at a reasonable price and with the expectations you would want from brothers. So place your ads and shop the services offered with the confidence that you should always place in your brethren.

All monies paid for an advertisement or link are non refundable, once the advertisement or link has been placed on the site. This is regardless of how long the advertisement or link is on the site and if it is removed for any reason. Any money to be paid for placement or retention of an advertisement or link is payable prior to placement for the period the advertisement or link is suppose to run. Each monthly recurring add must be paid for prior to the month in which it is to show or it will be assumed that the advertisement or link should not be ran again and removed form the site.

This is not meant to be an all encompassing contract, the lodge and or Webmaster shall retain all rights as to what is proper and allowed on their website.
